SheFlips Society was founded by Tiffany Brown, a Strategic Housing Expert and real estate investor who turned her own journey of transformation into a movement. After building wealth through real estate and navigating deep personal and financial challenges, Tiffany saw a powerful need:
Too many people were stuck, being taken advantage of, stuck in survival, stuck in self-doubt, and stuck without access to real opportunities.

So she created a blueprint not just for flipping houses, but for flipping lives.

At SheFlips Society, we believe that women don’t need to choose between power and softness, grit and grace, strategy and spirituality.

We embrace the balance of feminine energy while building:

Through SheFlips, women learn how to invest in real estate—but they also learn how to trust themselves again.

We teach them to stand in rooms where decisions are made, manage crews, negotiate deals, build credit, buy property, and break generational cycles—without losing who they are in the process.

In 2025, SheFlips Society launched its first residential initiative—Grace Point—a transitional group home on Chicago’s South Side. Grace Point provides a warm, shared-living environment for people navigating housing instability, reentry, or personal transformation.

This home is more than shelter—it’s a symbol of safety, support, and the power of second chances. It represents our commitment to real solutions, where people can heal, grow, and start over—with dignity.
